Melbourne Airport Meeting Rooms

Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport is a popular venue for hosting meetings, conferences and events.

Located within the Melbourne Airport [MEL] precinct, just 400 metres from domestic and international terminals, the hotel offers a choice of five flexible spaces. With both large and small Melbourne airport meeting rooms, our hotel makes the perfect base for formal and business conferences, as well as informal events.

Onsite parking is available for just $20 per day for Meeting attendees and hotel guests. Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport also provides complimentary airport transfers on its private, air conditioned shuttle bus that runs a door-to-door service from the hotel to the airport terminal.

Tullamarine, Sunbury and Melrose Rooms

On the ground floor of the hotel with easy access to reception, the Tullamarine, Sunbury and Melrose Rooms are interconnecting, creating flexible floor plans to suit any meeting size.

Large windows and glass doors fill the room with natural light and provide access to a shared outdoor area overlooking the lawn, which is perfect for hosting informal lunches, coffee breaks or even providing a change of scenery for brain storming sessions while your meeting attendees enjoy the sunlight.

The Tullamarine, Sunbury and Melrose Rooms have recently been refurbished with fresh paint and new carpet, as well as a flat screen television. Various other audio-visual options are available; simply speak to the meetings and events team for more information.

Centre Grand Ballroom

The Centre Grand Ballroom is the Tullamarine, Sunbury and Melrose Rooms opened to make one large area, perfect for a large event or gala dinner. A popular option for hose hosting a Christmas party or conference, the Centre Grand Ballroom caters for up to 240 people.

Oaklands Room

Located on the first floor with easy lift access, the Oaklands Room features a large window overlooking the garden, allowing natural light to stream in. The boardroom has its own bathroom facilities and also has easy access to an additional bathroom a short distance away. Perfect for executive board meetings, presentations or interviews, this intimate room features a large whiteboard and retractable screen and is individually climate controlled. The Oaklands Room seats a maximum of 10 at the large oval boardroom table, which features comfortable high backed executive leather chairs.
